Whether direct sales is your only income or a supplemental income that you depend on, have you ever found yourself frantic at the end of the month, hoping that you can get that end of month “push?” I have been there. It feels like a never-ending battle at times! You work so hard, just to have all your numbers re-set at the first of the month.
Who’s with me here??? (I am asking for your comments and opinions!)
This quote from Success, Motivation and the Scriptures should put us back where we need to be. Not only should be working to achieve the goals we set (with God’s help!) but also working to be the person God wants us to be. Development of character, development of self. We should be ending our month with prayer and reflection of what we did right, what we did wrong and what we could do better. The beginning of the month is not only a restart for our volumes, but a restart for us to focus on another goal within ourselves. As we are promoting and growing our business we also must be growing our spiritual self. A good friend and colleague of mine said, “Your team can’t grow unless you grow.”
